Sometimes an on-the-go cat likes me needs some quiet tunes. This is a great album to put on when it’s time to wind down. The Innocence Mission is a husband-and-wife duo who sing and play delicately and softly, as if it’s their biggest wish to help you fall asleep. Not that the music is boring—no way! The vocals and guitars are clear and sweet as a mountain stream. There are some old favorites like “Moon River” and “What a Wonderful World” as well as some new lullabies.
