What You’ll Need:

2 ½ cups flour

½ cup salt

2 packages powdered drink mix (unsweetened Kool-Aid works well)

2 cups boiling water (ask an adult to boil the water for you!)

3 tablespoons oil

What To Do:

1. Mix the flour, salt, and powdered drink mix in a bowl. 

2. Add the oil and boiling water. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.

3. When the mixture is cool enough to touch, knead it with your hands until the color is all blended.

4. Store in the refrigerator when you’re not playing with it.

What To Make:

1. Use pink drink mix to make your own Mr. Pig, just like Nicholas!

2. Use red drink mix to make Ladybug! You can even draw black spots on her with a marker.

3. Use green or yellow drink mix and a black marker to make your very own Muddle and Thud. Don’t forget Muddle’s trunk and Thud’s tail!

4. Make up your very own creature. What’s its name?
